Ghost Kitchen & Virtual Restaurant Conference To Co-Locate At The Texas Restaurant Show 

A partnership between Texas Restaurant Association and OnTrend Concepts brings together the best of two foodservice worlds. 


HOUSTON, TX (February 1, 2023) – 
The Texas Restaurant Association (TRA), producers of the Texas Restaurant Show (TRS), has announced a partnership with OnTrend Concepts that will co-locate the 3rd Annual Ghost Kitchen & Virtual Restaurant Conference at the 86th annual Texas Restaurant Show scheduled for July 7-10, 2023 at the George R. Brown Convention Center, Houston, TX.

“We are thrilled to have created this collaboration adding top leaders from ghost kitchen, delivery, foodtech, and virtual brand industries to our list of 500+ exhibitors that offer the latest and greatest in foodservice goods & services,” shared TRA President and CEO Emily Williams Knight, Ed.D.

OnTrend Concepts will also manage the OnTrend Ghost Kitchen & Off-Premise Pavilion in the exhibit hall at the Texas Restaurant Show. Exhibit space and sponsorship opportunities are still available.

The Texas Restaurant Show schedule will expand to feature the Ghost Kitchen & Virtual Restaurant Conference (GKC) on Friday, July 7 and Saturday, July 8. The Texas Restaurant Association will offer an industry deep-dive educational session on Saturday, July 8 and then more than 20 educational sessions during the tradeshow exhibition Sunday, July 9 and Monday, July 10. 

Texas Restaurant Show registration is free to member restaurateurs and $50 for non-members until July 1 and then $75. Non-exhibiting suppliers and vendors is $350 until July 1 and then $395.

Ghost Kitchen & Virtual Restaurant Conference registration is $695 and is offered to Texas Restaurant Association members and to the first 150 non-Association members at $395. GKC registration includes entry to the Texas Restaurant Show.
